Store Policy

Thank you for shopping at the MiniPlayer.info (MPI) on-line store. All MPI products are shipped from US using the USPS Postal Services.

A valid email address is required when ordering via the MPI on-line store. Your email address is used to send order confirmation and shipping notification. Be sure to add miniplayer.info to the safe senders list in your e-mail application (Outlook, etc.). If you do not receive order confirmation by email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@miniplayer.info .

Shipping

U.S Customers
We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Small packages (accessories) generally ship via First Class Mail.

International Customers
International shipments are made via USPS Priority International Mail for packages, or USPS First Class International Mail for smaller packages, i.e. cases and small accessories.

• We can only ship to international customers who are PayPal, non-US verified. Due to the high risk of fraud selling internationally, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Buyer is responsible for any additional costs incurred for customs, VAT, or duty.

Returns

All Meizu MiniPlayers that we sell come with 12 months parts and labor warranty.

All other products come with 7-day warranty for defects.

It is buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping expenses and fees to service the item.

We test every Meizu player before we ship it to the customer.

If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please email support@miniplayer.info to work out a solution. If an error is made by MPI in processing your order and the item sent is incorrect, MPI will correct the issue at our expense.

Please do not send anything back to us before you contact us via e-mail and receive RMA.
